**POSITION SUMMARY**



Complete daily revision of all Cash Transaction Reports greater than $2,500 and daily Check Cashing Reports generated by the Cage.

Promote proper recording and signing out of all corresponding cash transactions on Cage and Slots Daily Multiple Transaction Logs (MTLs).

Crosscheck all corresponding Cage Reports and MTLs to identify combined cash transactions that require Currency Transaction Report (CTR) completion.

Complete final revisions of all CTRs issued at the tables and/or the Cage to verify that all information is completed, recorded, and properly signed.

Verify that all CTRs are mailed within the corresponding date.

Conduct CTR trainings (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Suspicious Activity Report, Anti-money Laundering) and coordinate the re-training of all cash handling Casino employees.

Develop, implement, evaluate, and update internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Advise the Casino Controller of any compliance issues.

Audit Surveillance reports for Soft Count and prepare discrepancy reports for the Casino Controller.

Review all casino accounts receivables and returned items aging daily.

Prepare monthly comparative reports by market and reconcile Casino accounts for period end.



Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications.

Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Speak with others using clear and professional language.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.

Adhere to quality expectations and standards.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance.

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time period.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.



Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.



Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
