The Events Sales Manager will be driving the revenue not only for F&B related events, but also for overall guest’s experiences, especially through the group bookings acquired by herself/himself or through direct bookings and non-house guests related events.

Events Sales Manager will be handling group related business, Weddings, and high-end profile guests.
**What will I be doing?**
AsEvents Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
·Handle incoming telephone calls.
·Handle incoming and outgoing internal and external correspondence.
·Maintain a proper filing and trace system, especially in Opera, for the departments involved in the arrangements to carry out the services requested by the guests.
·Respond to RFPs and leads, and ensure that the lead status is up to date.
·To look after group booking inquiries of 10 rooms and above, regardless of the Market Source.
·Provide personalized proposals to group requests aligned to their requirements.
·Curate experiences and organize daily agenda for the group.
·Responsible in making the Contracts/Agreements aligned to the Hilton Worldwide guidelines, and ensure the confidentiality of every client’s profile.
+ Responsible in making the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to ensure that every department is informed of their responsibility of a particular event.
+ Conduct property site inspections for potential group business.
+ Assist Sales department for FAM Trip site inspections and hosting.
+ Attend Wedding inquiries, creating the agreement, and the necessary arrangements to ensure that involved departments properly execute their tasks.
+ Carry out hotel property introduction and presentations to new business leads and as well as current partners with any of the business improvements implemented.
+ Conduct a yearly Competitors check to ensure we keep track of business demand and align business strategies.
·Supervises Events and Experiences Agent who handles pre-booking requests and support him/her with daily situations.
·Ensure to keep a record of database and update the summary of the leads received.
·Always ensure that a hospitable service atmosphere is projected at all times in the hospitality business.
·Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
